I am 164cm, the sleeves are short BUT I don’t like long sleeves so i don’t really mind it（＾ν＾）
About dress length, it is little bit above my knees ( ^ω^ )
The fabric is nice tho^ – ^
It came with extra strings for the sleeves, and i loved how the belt is long, so i can tie however I want (//∇//)

Dress received in good condition .. quality is cotton (top shirt) + polyester (dress) and the colors are pastel orangey beige for the top and black for the dress which is not exactly as seller’s photo shown but it’s still beautiful .. for small sized me it’s a be loose but still looks pretty on me ..
