Perfect!!! <3
I love this cosplay! It fits great and I especially love how accurate all the colors are. I wore this to a convention and it was comfortable (as comfortable as cosplay can be 😭) and sturdy. If you have a slim and petite build I don’t recommend sizing up. For reference I’m 5’4″ and about 115 lbs, I typically wear XS and the size extra small fits very nicely. I usually have trouble with cosplays being too loose, but this cosplay is a really nice fit. However, the skirt is shorter than I thought so I do recommend wearing shorts underneath but with shorts it’s not an issue. Btw, I also removed the ribbon that came onto the shirt. If you are like me and don’t like the way it is on the shirt, it is very easy to remove and I just cut it off with scissors and tied my own. The socks are also really comfortable and while I did wear garters to keep them up while walking all day, I probably also could’ve been okay without them. The hoodie is also a perfect fit and I love how the cat ears on the hood are not too long or flimsy. 10/10!

Shockingly good for how cheap it is!!
Okay so I did what everyone suggested and sized up. For reference I’m 5’1, around 140lbs, normally wear medium, and I got an XL just to be safe. In general, it fit decently, but some parts of it were just a little ill fitting, like the shirt was a bit long compared to the size of rest of the outfit, and it was tight at the neck/shoulders but then normal or even big everywhere else. The jacket, however, was fine and I didn’t really have any problems with it, in fact it was pretty comfy and a little big/baggy. The only thing I would say is that there isn’t really room for movement in the shoulder area, and raising a hand too quickly could make the long shirt come up wayyy too far and the jacket wrinkle up pretty bad. The shirt also unbuttons itself randomly if I’m walking or bending in any way. Though I feel like I should note that I do have a pretty large chest size (32h), so you will probably have better luck with this cosplay if you’re smaller. The skirt wasn’t too transparent, which was actually pretty nice considering the fact that it was what most of the other reviews had an issue with. However, the zipper does feel very fragile and I’m worried about it getting stuck or breaking every time I put the skirt on. Now, with the socks, they fit just fine and were actually the right color, and unlike a lot of other Chiaki cosplays for this price, were ACTUALLY socks instead of tights. The material is also really soft and they don’t feel like that itchy, costume-y fabric that you expect from cosplay socks. All in all, it’s not too bad, even with all the little problems, EPSECIALLY considering the price! I’ve genuinely gotten 100x worse from cosplays costing around $140, so just a few minor issues for something that costs about the same as an average trip to mcdonalds is WILD to me. Overall, it’s great if you want a cheap chiaki cosplay and wouldn’t mind possibly altering the outfit a little 🙂

It’s great!
I ordered a size bigger than usual (XL) because I thought it would run small. The skirt fit me perfectly, but the shirt was a bit big on me. However, it still looked good! The quality is great, the jacket is very well made and is something I would think about wearing outside of cosplay. My only complaints are that the collar is kind of stiff so it feels weird and was a little difficult to button the very first button, but it still felt good. Also, the stockings that come with it would not stay up and kept falling down to my ankles, and I had to pick them up so much some of the seams ripped! However that could be fixed by adding some elastic to them or buying your own stockings. Aside from this, this was a very good purchase and I would definitely recommend buying this! I love it very much!

Defo buy this and true to size
It is good and high quality. I’m 5’2 and 135lbs and bought a medium. It is kinda tight on the arms but thats ok. The shirt was a little too tight cuz when I buttoned it, the shirt wouldn’t close all the way near the chest area. But thats only if you have big boobs lol. But a safety pin can fix that. The stripes on the sleeve had several loose threads but you can just snip them off. The hood of the jacket is nice and looks exactly like chiaki’s. I don’t recommend zipping up the jacket tho because it’s too tight. The skirt doesn’t have shorts underneath and its kinda short imo. The skirt has a zipper on the side too.. but yeah 10/10

!!!
for reference, i’m around 5’4, weight around 96, my waist size is around 22/23, and my bust is around 33. this outfit fit how i was expecting!! i ordered a small and was already aware that the skirt was going to be too small. not counting the skirt, everything else fit fine! the shirt was a little big, but it wasn’t noticeable since it was tucked it and covered with the jacket. the jacket fit perfectly and is actually really comfy!! the thigh highs fall down, but i was expecting that! i used a poppy pin to take my skirt up a bit and that did the trick! the size chart is very accurate, and the quality is much nicer than i thought it would be. i recommend!!

So I bought two sizes and here’s my rundown:
So I bought a size large and a size extra large and found a few issues with this cosplay that may or may not be an issue for you.TIP: Check who is shipping the product. If it’s shipped by Yas-cos (the seller) keep in mind they will ask you to keep the product in the case of a return and give you a 50% refund because shipping rates are high (they’re from China I’m from US) if it’s Amazon, you’re good in terms of returns. My size for reference:I’m 5’6″ almost 5’7″, I’d say 5’7″ though. I’m between 160-170lbs. My weight is mostly in my legs, butt, and some quarantine tummy. I have a bit of a flatter chest (36C but it doesn’t look like much because of my height). I’m a pear shape with a smaller top and larger bottom. I’m usually a medium in shirts (sometimes even a small depending on the shirt) and a large for bottoms in US sizesNow the comparisons:The shirts -The large shirt was a bit tight around the arm and shoulder area (for example, I could feel it become stiff a bit if I bend my arms or lift em up) but it was a better size than the extra large. The extra large was huge on me, and it looked bad (caused a bunch of wrinkles). The arm length was also an entire hand longer. If you have a bigger chest, you may want to size up if you want the shirt to fit. I wore a white bra and I could sort of tell, so it’s see through and I recommend wearing a white or nude bra.The jacket:Although both jackets fit me without too much differences, I preferred the extra large jacket because I wanted it to be a bit more oversized / comfortable. The large jacket accompanied with the large shirt was VERY stiff- I felt a lot of stiffness when bending my arms, and I don’t want that during a con. To note: the hoodies in both jackets were decently big, so don’t worry about a small/tight hoodie. The ears wouldn’t stand up, but they did have padding inside, so maybe I could iron it.also to note, the jackets have built in shoulder pads, and fabric looks a bit weird from jacket to the hoodie part but I don’t mind it.Now, the skirts:This is probably the worst part about the cosplay. Not only do they not seen like an accurate color (Chiaki skirt is more khaki) but it’s also see through (don’t wear dark/bright underwear, not sure if shorts will pass). Even though they were different sizes, they were the SAME LENGTH. I found this so silly because I ordered a size up in order to get a longer length (which I messaged the seller about!) it added I’d say two pleats worth of waist line tho. In the end, I had to order another skirt from Amazon and hope that one fits better. For both the extra large and large, they were so short on me that any slight movement – even standing – shows my ass. I do have a bigger bottom, so someone that has a flatter behind would probably be fine. The socks:Okay, i think they sent two different types of socks that looked relatively similar because the socks that came with the large size were stretchier, longer (could go up to my upper tight but would ride down, not sure if some sock glue would help tho!) a really nice fabric, and a lighter navy color compared to the ones that came with the extra large, which were shorter and less stretchy (which I found funny considering it’s for the larger size), a darker color. Both when stretched were a bit sheer but not too bad (sort of like tights where you can see my skin color through a bit) not sure if I’ll be using the socks from the large size, but I for sure won’t be using the socks from the extra large. I think socks are a hit or miss luck based (again, this is for people who have thicker legs like me, I’m sure someone with skinnier less will have significantly less hard time)TL,DR:-jackets are similar but I wanted oversize (extra large was better)-shirts are drastic difference in terms of size (large was better for me as i have a smaller chest/torso)-skirts are same ridiculously short length despite size difference (extra large is just wider around waist)-got better thigh high socks from large size vs extra large size but not sure if it’s consistentI hope this helps someone out there so you don’t have to go through the same thing I did!Update: i ended up not using the skirt because it was a bit see through and the length was way too short for me. I also opted out of using the shirt. I have hypohidrosis and i get really sweaty, and i live in a place with hot temperatures. However, i do believe the shirt and jacket were decent quality (as in, cosplay quality ofc). Overall, if you want to buy this, make sure youre shorter than 5’6″ if skirt length matters for you.

Good quality
The clothes are quite well made although the ribbon being sewed to the top is a downside. I would’ve preferred them separate. I personally am gonna have to do some alterations to make it fit but that’s cause my measurements were all over the place on the sizing chart. So I can’t confirm anything about appearance (I’ve seen people have thoughts on the skirt) but the quality is good. The socks are actual socks and they stretch quite far if you need to them to so there’s no need to worry about that though.

Good cosplay, could have a better skirt.
The cosplay is good overall, the jacket fits nice and accurately and the shirt has an accurate design, bow is a little flimsy though. My main issue was with the skirt. Its like a pale yellow and made of a cheap material which is expected, but for accuracy reasons you might want to buy an actual khaki skirt as it would match the design of the character better. It also might be a bit see through if you wear white underneath it.
