It does have some minor misalignments with the webbing but it is easily overlooked by how awesome it looks. I am 5’ 9”, 180 lbs and I ordered a large. I think the fit is the right one for me as I’ve tried a medium costume and it was slightly too tight. I would definitely recommend this costume, you will not be disappointed.
